I absolutely love the new interface on the iOS. Its clean and easy to use. The receipt scan takes a little time to upload, but worth it because the OCR gets my receipt information right every time (this one works way better than other expense apps imo). The customer support is friendly, and response time is quick (you can even chat with them in-app which I find a huge plus since Im constantly traveling). Would definitely recommend this app to anyone!

Some bad moments
I like the concept- snap a photo of receipts and submit. Seems easy right? Except receipts get stuck and never process. I have 12 receipts from 3 months ago that the app is still trying to process. Needs a lot of work!
Every photo I take is upside down, so now it takes two extra steps to flip it right side up. Second, when Im ready to import and I uncheck reimbursed expense, it still imports as reimbursable. I cant uncheck it through the app, I have to login on a computer and uncheck it.
After uploading the receipts it doesnt give you an option to email them or direct to place where you can download
Concept is good, but app isnt functioning. I had to reinstall the app to get the new projects to show up. Upload on wifi worked 1/2 the time. Now it wont upload either on wifi or 3G. Evernote sync also doesnt work, but that isnt for this review I guess. Please make this app better.
Ive tried a bunch of these receipt scanning apps. This one is mostly great, though its missing a few key features and customizations. However, the customer support is God-awful. I emailed a list of 7 specific questions, and the response was "an overview of key features" - basically an ad listing 3 functions of xpenditure. Didnt address my questions even a little... I think it was an automated response, in fact. If this were a free service, I wouldnt worry, but for a paid service, this is a definite deal breaker.
The keyboard hides the signup button leaving only the login button.
